HOW A SCENARIO DESIGN ANALYST OE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Create, evaluate, and refine scenarios for training or simulation driven exercises.This role requires a robust combination of analytical, technical and communication skills.Develop engaging and complex scenarios that challenge the training audienceServes in a mentorship or observer/controller role when requested.Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs).Maintains a comprehensive repository of relevant TTPs Responsible for creating higher headquarters OPORDs and, when necessary, may be called on to represent Division or higher headquarters for Brigade and below collective training.Perform other duties as required.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BS/BA; U.S. Army MEL IV qualified or equivalent ILERequired Experience: Retired Field Grade Officer; 10+ years of related experience; Joint military experience preferredRequired Technical Skills: Technical expertise in the Joint Event Life Cycle; demonstrated proficiency and understanding of MC systems; Superb knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP); strong technical writing at Div and above OPORDs; strong understanding of the Operational Environment utilizing DATE - PacificSecurity Clearance Level: SECRET clearance required with the ability to obtain TS/SCIRequired Skills and Abilities: Critical and strategic thinking; Superb presentation and communication skills; strong ability to advise and educate leadership through non-technical terms on JELC requirements and training objectives; Must be able to lead a planning team to create a high fidelity, realistic training event in a Live, Virtual, and Constructive environment to meet customer requirementsLocation: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoRGDIT IS YOUR PLACE:
