1. **Production Oversight:** 2. Supervise the entire chocolate manufacturing process, including ingredient dosing, mixing, ball milling, and storage, ensuring each step follows the established procedures and recipe specifications. 3. Monitor the batching process, from mixer setup to ingredient dispensing and final product storage. 4. Ensure continuous operation by managing production flow and addressing any issues or delays in the process. 5. **Team Leadership:** 6. Lead and manage a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they understand and follow procedures. 7. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring the team is fully equipped to handle their roles. 8. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging team members to contribute to problem-solving and improvements. 9. **Quality Control & Compliance:** 10. Ensure product quality meets established standards by performing regular quality checks and ensuring adherence to specifications. 11. Review process data and sampling results to maintain consistency and quality in the final product. 12. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, ensuring all processes meet company and industry requirements. 13. **Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:** 14. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. 15. Troubleshoot any equipment or system issues, working closely with maintenance or engineering teams to resolve problems swiftly and minimize downtime. 16. **Inventory & Materials Management:** 17. Oversee the inventory of raw materials, ensuring sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet production schedules. 18. Ensure raw materials are used according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles and monitor ingredient flow to avoid interruptions in the production process. 19. Monitor ingredient dosing and ensure that recipes are followed precisely. 20. **Safety & Training:** 21. Ensure all production processes are carried out safely, and team members adhere to health and safety protocols. 22. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for team members to maintain a safe working environment. 23. Address any safety concerns and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices. 24. **Reporting & Documentation:** 25. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, equipment performance, ingredient usage, and quality control results. 26. Generate regular reports on production efficiency, batch performance, and inventory status for upper management.
