The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

 

SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. The position is in support of the U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).

 

SPA has an immediate need for a Schedule Analyst supporting SSP Infrastructure Branch (SP25) Schedules efforts to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington, DC.

 

Washington D.C. Pay Transparency Range: $120,000 - 150,000.

Responsibilities

The Schedule Analyst will support SSP Infrastructure Branch (SP25) with the development, integration, and maintenance of program schedules. The right candidate will have strong verbal and written skills, be able to communicate and manage client expectations, understand and communicate schedule interdependencies, and facilitate integration across a range of stakeholders to develop and maintain program schedules, identify issues, and generate reports and other project documentation as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Active DoD SECRET clearance.Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel, to build and visualize schedules and other critical program artifacts.Bachelor’s degree in technical or management field, including operations, engineering, statistical analysis, mathematics, etc. or equivalent industry/ work experience.10+ years of meaningful experience in project management support or program analysis with strong experience in schedule development and assessment, preferably on DoD acquisition.Experience developing program plans, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) products.

Desired Qualifications: 

Experience working in Infrastructure and Facility Acquisition including Military Construction (MILCON) and/or Special Projects.Experience with Defense Acquisition System DoD 5000 series and Navy or DoD program planning.Experience supporting Navy SSP.Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively.
