+ This job is a member of the Flight Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
+ Responsible for the planning, scheduling and administering of pilots for Operating Experience, Line Checks and all flight line currency requirements in compliance with Company and Federal Regulations.
**What you'll do**
+ Oversees daily operation of pilot flight line qualifications
+ Monitors and fully administers Operating Experience and currency for line pilots
+ Monitors and fully administers Check Airmen schedules daily ensuring adequate coverage
+ Coordinates with FAA involvement in pilot training and currency
+ Coordinates with Crew Schedule to provide Check Airmen for non-qualified line pilots and resolving line pilot currency issues
+ Updates Check Airman and pilot–in-training data and schedules in a variety of applications, databases and Flight Operations System
+ Other tasks as assigned by the Flight Standards Schedules Manager
+ Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalency
**Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
+ 3 years of Crew Schedule or Training/Qualifications experience
+ Advanced Flight Operations System/CREWS knowledge and experience
**Skills, Licenses & Certifications**
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (required) and Access (preferred)
+ Ability to handle shifting priorities and work independently
