Description We are in search of a dedicated Scheduler to join our team in the healthcare industry, based in Midland, Texas. The primary function of this role will be to manage and coordinate schedules, handle high volumes of calls, and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Coordinating and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. • Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. • Assisting with prescreening candidates for potential positions. • Stepping in to assist with any project as required. • Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor to effectively communicate with staff and candidates. • Utilizing various recruiting tools and platforms such as Careerbuilder, CRM, and others to streamline the hiring process. • Carrying out background checks and overseeing benefit functions as part of the recruiting process. • Participating in recruiting activities, events, and efforts to attract potential candidates. • Understanding and navigating the recruiting industry and its processes. • Facilitating both corporate and campus recruiting to reach a wide range of candidates. Requirements • Proficiency in Careerbuilder and CRM systems • Experience in conducting Background Checks • Understanding of Benefit Functions within a business context • Familiarity with Hiring Processes and guidelines • Ability to manage Campus Recruiting events and processes • Experience in Corporate Recruiting and College Recruiting • Knowledge and experience in Recruiting Activities, Efforts, Events, Functions, and Processes • Familiarity with the Recruiting industry and its best practices • Experience in Recruiting Personnel within a professional environment • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
