The purpose of the Planner/Scheduler is to work with all levels of the organization to plant and schedule machines to run corrugated boxes. 

Develop and distribute corrugator schedule (2 times per day). Develop and distribute converting schedule (2 times per day). Print and review sales backlog for scheduling meetings. Establish booking dates. Conduct roll stock and finished goods cycle counts. Update corrugator history manager. Setup daily transfers from outside warehouses. Schedule roll stock deliveries, track roll usage and order roll stock. Prepare and issue weekly inventory reports. Facilitate daily meetings. Meet with Supervisors on the floor to discuss Daily run schedules and priority lists. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly kiwi tasks and remove suspect data from kiwi system. Develop and distribute plant production schedules in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met. Must comply and support all applicable GMPs, Site Security, and Food Packaging Defense requirements that are referenced in the facilities GFSI food packaging safety program.
