JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and maintain integrated schedules.
* Create, update, and manage schedules for multiple projects.
* Perform critical path analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing project timelines and mitigate risks.
* Track and report project progress against the schedule.
* Update schedules with actual performance data and identify variances.
* Coordinate resource allocation across multiple projects, optimizing utilization and avoiding conflicts.
* Work closely with project managers, supervisors, engineers, planners, and operating departments to gather input data for projects and ensure proper planning and execution.
* Generate and present detailed reports, including Gantt charts, project updates, etc.
* Perform the primary thinking encompassed by this job description.
* Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
* Perform duties in a manner that protects personal safety as well as the safety of others.
* Promptly report Safety, Health or Environmental issues or incidents to management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* B.S. degree or equivalent plant experience
* Experience with Primavera P6
* Safety background
* 5+ years of experience, preferably in the petro-chemical or power generation industries
* Knowledge of computer operations such as SAP and Microsoft applications
* Proficient in use of P6 Professional scheduling software.
