**Job Description** + Prepare, develop, and maintain resource-loaded project/production schedules, utilizing scheduling software + Ensure compliance with Navy Standard Items, contractual requirements, and internal procedures. + Review specifications and contract documents; understand the project work, and the scheduling and reporting requirements of the contract. + Lead the project team members in PERT and LEAN planning process; obtain input and participation in schedule development. + Solicit input and participation, and integrates schedules across multiple stakeholders including Customer representatives and Subcontractors. + Identify correct logical relationships, constraints, critical paths, etc. + Model and propose best progressing and scheduling methodologies + Understand the basics of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) + Analyze project risks in schedule and budget using EVMS metrics. + Advise Project Management Team with long-term production strategy for the project based on contractual and staffing risks + Produce labor projections, graphs, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. + Solicit and input weekly updates. + Incorporate scope changes and other changes to project schedules, analyze and report impacts. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Advanced or basic project scheduling principles. + Advanced or basic use of Microsoft Project + Advanced use of Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. + Proficiency in reading and knowledge of construction blueprints, drawings, diagrams, and other technical references. + Ability to work and communicate with a diverse group. + Facilitate group decision-making and conflict resolution. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written for constant and consistent interaction with all departments and employee levels including customers. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management + Basic use of Deltek OpenPlan and Cobra + Basic use of Microsoft Power BI and Access + Familiar with shipyard production procedures for vessel construction and/or ship repair methods and processes. + Experience and familiarity with budgeting, estimating, cost accounting, material procurement, and data processing systems + Familiar with Navy contracts or Standard Item 009-60 Schedule and Associated Reports **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $48800 - $83000 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
