You’ll play a pivotal role in project planning, integration, and execution for programs that define innovation and collaboration. With a hybrid working model and an opportunity to work on-site in Huntsville, AL, this position offers flexibility and purpose. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** -Collaborate with the project manager to provide scheduling inputs, integration, and documentation across the Program Office. -Develop comprehensive program/project schedules using MS Project, including logic development, WBS evaluation, and dictionary creation. -Facilitate schedule integration across NASA Gateway Program teams and external stakeholders, preparing presentations for MSFC and NASA HQ management. -Conduct "what-if" scenario analysis, risk mitigation planning, and resource projections to support project objectives. -Analyze budget and resource requirements to ensure compatibility with cost and schedule metrics. -Maintain and update project IMS and other critical schedules, including the creation of "one-page" management summaries. -Provide 30- and 60-day deliverable look-ahead schedules and participate in project performance assessments. -Perform probabilistic schedule risk analysis, schedule health analysis, and validate data integrity. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. -17+ years of applicable experience (12 years in Aerospace/Research and Development projects). -Proven expertise in probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis. -Proficiency with schedule risk tools such as Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, and Milestones Professional. -Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. -Extensive experience using commercial scheduling tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera. -Strong understanding of EIA-748 earned value management (EVM) principles. \#cgidisbu **Skills:** + Earned Value Management + English **What you can expect from us:** **Together, as owners, let’s turn meaningful insights into action.** Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
