Oud Gastel, The Netherlands – 40 hours/week

Join our team at Terex/Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Scheduler to contribute to the Genie Customer Operations team.

As a Scheduler at Terex/Genie, based in Oud Gastel – The Netherlands you'll play a pivotal role in managing the daily planning in the local workshop in Oud Gastel and the workshop in UK. In order to have the correct amount of machines for customer orders, the scheduler is coordinating the production schedule in production locations China, US and Italy.

What you’ll do

- Daily and future planning of machines

- Ordering supply to meet customer orders

- Coordinate production schedule in factories

- Working with Customer Service to prioritize planning for customer orders

- Ordering parts for reconfigurations of local fit options

What you’ll bring

- Knowledge about and experience in customer service

- Highly competent in MS Excel, order entry/configurator and other IT systems

- Analytical, precise, able to work under pressure

- Strong organizational and network relationship skills

- Process problem solving abilities
