Who You Are
You’re a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler with expertise in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines and resources. Proficient in scheduling tools and software, you excel at creating comprehensive schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks to ensure projects stay on time and within scope. Your ability to analyze data, communicate effectively, and adapt to changing priorities makes you an essential asset to any team.

What You'll Do
In the role of Scheduler, your duties will include:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all administrative tasks and sites involved in the project.
Coordinate with project staff to gather status updates, ensuring that schedules are accurate and comprehensive.
Identify and report project risks and delays to management.
Collaborate with other project personnel to resolve schedule conflicts and optimize project timelines.
Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Must possess US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
Must have a minimum of a BA/BS, from an accredited institution, in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with project management software, like MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
Must have strong organizational and time-management skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
