+ Specific Responsibilities: + Generates work orders in the QAD system and manages them until they are closed. + Distributes work orders to the Production Team. + Program and prioritize work orders according to the Client's requirement. + Supervises the release, distribution and flow of work orders. + Collaborates with the Production Team in order to meet the goals of the area. + Ensures that the material and supporting documents comply with the requirements of the Client, to proceed with the Production. + Take action to solve problems regarding the verification of the quality and quantity of the raw material. + Interact with other departments, such as Materials, Quality, Engineering and Production, to solve problems such as discrepancies and / or provisions in the receipt of the material and during the manufacturing process. + Interact with the Client when notifying the order to compare and other stationery received on rejections of the raw material received or discrepancies. + Generates, analyzes and distributes the production schedule and necessary reports. + Analyze the closing of work orders generated in QAD. + Manages the production schedule of their areas based on agreements made with Clients + Demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement through their daily activities. + Experience: + At least 3 years of experience in Planning. + Education: + Upper Middle Title preferably. + Knowledge: + Experience in planning, receipt, shipment, inventory control, flow or production processes, logistics, JIT and MRP. + Knowledge of ORACLE / AS400 and / or QAD System management + Authority: + Enter, filter and verify data entering the Oracle system and / or QAD + Modify and delete records in the Oracle system and / or QAD Stop, report on unvalidated or modifiable records in the system Howmet Aerospace Inc.
