*Description* Summary: Collaborates and communicates with professional clinical and paraprofessional staff; and schedules designated services with staff and patients to fulfill patient needs. Ensures the timely and accurate delivery of services based on patient/family caregiver expectations and staff availability. Applies organizational and detail-oriented skills to utilize computer and manual scheduling systems to create weekly staffing assignments. Supports Health Quest Home Care (HQHC) Customer Service Reputation by promoting and maintaining a responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible approach to all customer/patient contacts. Responsibilities: 1. Accurately creates and manages weekly clinical staff schedules to meet patient/family caregiver needs and expectations. Designs schedules by geographic areas to optimize staff efficiency; ensures that all field staff are scheduled to productivity every week, focusing on the best way to utilize staff to meet their weekly control-hour commitment. Communicates schedules to field staff and the clinical managers. 2. Addresses missed visits and rescheduling of staff visits to ensure coverage of services meet the patient plans of care by monitoring assigned workflows. 3. Monitors referral software and updates patient scheduling calendar. 4. Notifies supervisor of inability to cover requests for services and unresolved discrepancies between visits ordered, scheduled, and authorized. 5. Edits schedules timely to accommodate clinical staff absences, ensuring that patients are assigned correctly and quickly. 6. Performs general office duties including but not limited to Word processing, photocopies, shredding, sorting/distributing mail, providing reception phone coverage. 7. Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position. 8. Maintains and Models Nuvance Health Foundational Values (Personal, Imaginative, Agile, Connected). 9. Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance. 10. Performs other duties as required. Other Information: Required: Data entry and MS Word required. Excellent customer commnication skills. Ablility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be flexible and work well with others. Minimum Experience: one year Desired: Associate's Degree. MS Outlook preferred.
