Responsibilities Accurately schedules and pre-registers all patients for the region into six different computer programs for procedures and exams. Handles administration of technical prep direction and ensures accurate placement of patients on the various schedules at all facilities to enable timely delivery of service to the patient. Handles telephone calls in an efficient manner to meet corporate guidelines for waits and delays as well as meets abandonment ratio criteria. Handles customer account transactions, provides customer assistance including dealing with physician concerns and ensures insurance data is collected accurately to alleviate authorization issues. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Job Requirements: One (1) year related experience
