You’ll oversee the scheduling process, monitor patient visit frequencies, and ensure that clinicians are effectively assigned to meet our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities:
Gather and review clinicians' schedules electronically on a weekly basis.Enter and update patient visit frequency and duration data into the system.Coordinate employee schedules to ensure optimal productivity.Match caseloads with clinicians, determining appropriate assignments for LVNs and PTAs.Communicate with patients regarding the scheduling of visits.Track and update patient data, lab results, and communicate relevant information to clinicians, MDs, and infusion companies.Coordinate new patient assignments and update clinician schedules.Fax/email patient information and updates to clinicians and relevant staff.Ensure weekly updates to the agency census for accuracy in clinical scheduling.Manage weekend on-call schedules and ensure adequate staff coverage.
Requirements:
Must be an LVN with a current license.Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) or other scheduling software preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Onsite position based in the Redding office.
