Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Women’s Hospital is a 53-bed advanced neonatal intensive care unit, family care unit, an award-winning breast care center and the first robotic surgery program in the state recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by Surgical Review Corporation. Responsibilities Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience. Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines. Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR). Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA). Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence Qualifications Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment. Medical Terminology Courses One (1) year related experience Preferred Job Requirements Associate degree or higher in a related field of study.
