As a Scheduler, your key responsibilities will be to develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects. You’ll collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts. You will also play a key role in helping the team explore, implement, and optimize emerging AI-driven scheduling tools to enhance how we build, manage, and visually communicate project timelines.

5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external partners Interest or experience in leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, to improve how schedules are built, managed, reported, and visually communicated
This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
