Are you living your life's work? **Job Summary:** We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Operating Room team with Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. This position is responsible for scheduling OR cases for non-UPHS surgeons, managing the OR block schedule, and performing clerical and receptionist functions within the Operating Room. **Key Responsibilities:** + Schedule OR cases for non-UPHS surgeons and collaborate with nursing and perioperative leadership to manage the OR block schedule. + Reconcile implants listed on the Implant Sheet with Epic OpTime to ensure that all implants are accurately charged. + Check and track visitors entering the OR to maintain a secure environment. + Order and manage departmental supplies, forms, and brochures, ensuring timely delivery. + Perform general clerical duties, including filing, answering phones, and directing calls to appropriate personnel. + Demonstrate proficiency in computer operation, including understanding software packages and accurate data input. + Communicate effectively with team members and external partners. + Perform duties in accordance with Penn Medicine’s values, policies, and procedures. + Provide support for the unit, department, and health system organization as needed. **Education & Experience:** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Prior experience in clerical, receptionist, or scheduling roles is preferred. **Why Join Us?** At Penn Medicine, you'll be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality patient care while advancing medical research and education.
