POSITION SUMMARY This position works closely with physicians, mid-level providers, and medical assistants in a team setting to deliver high quality patient care in an efficient and effective manner.  This includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, performing pre-authorizations, insurance verification, and communicating with outside agencies to provide coordinated care for patients. This role must demonstrate a strong work ethic with exceptional customer service skills that support the organizations mission, vision, and values. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education Associates Degree in Health Sciences or Business
Preferred Experience One year working in a healthcare related field.
