A week in the life of a Scheduler includes:

Assist the Government in the development and de-confliction of technical and operational schedules in support of the DTOC mission. Ensure ECC, network, SME, and NOC manning are available and scheduled to support all requested LVC-OT events, De-conflict activities among all DTOC contract support personnel and advise government leadership of any conflicts, De-conflict all LVC-OT event mission and mission support scheduling in coordination with DTOC Leadership. Ensure maximum utilization of Government and Contractor resources, prioritizing the use of Contractor resources IAW government guidance. Coordinate off-site resource utilization for LVC-OT mission execution. Develop, maintain, and deliver points of contact lists for all DMO connected sites and other organizations as directed by the Government. Develop, maintain, and deliver organizational scheduling documents and calendars. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly planning support to the DTOC Leadership. Complete external coordination and documentation for events like DMON tickets. Comply with the following scheduling procedures: Integrate and de-conflict additional scheduled events as a result of email or DTOC web page requests Participate in weekly operations and staff meeting to address scheduling concerns including visitors, employee travel and significant events and other items as directed by the Government Complete all required scheduling documentation required for network specific circuit connections Coordinate with the MPC to ensure all required products are completed prior to mission execution Publish daily DTOC schedule to the DMO Scheduling System (DMOSS) utilizing the Event Coordination System (ECS) NLT 1400 each business day.  Schedule includes: OT missions, test, integration events Personnel appointments Conference room schedules Local simulator schedule Personnel absences for travel, leave, or vacation
