The Opportunity
Employment Type: Casual 0 FTE Hours of Work:0500 - 1300/1300 - 2100
Wages:21.87-24.84
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will maintain effective scheduling processes; provide short notice relief staff. You will ensure complete documentation of all activities and telephone calls ensuring effective communication between the facility requesting relief staff and the relief staff booked. Duties also include clerical support, data input, maintaining filing systems and other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Minimum Grade 12 education required. You are a strong communicator, able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English. In addition, you have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience with staff scheduling software (ESP) and Meridian voice mail systems is a definite asset in addition to strong computer knowledge and skills. You must be able to work independently, be a strong team player and promote effective customer service.
