Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Coordinators are responsible for maintaining a day to day calendar of all client scheduled events, staffing them with the appropriate vendor personnel, and liaising this information between sales, clients, and the vendors. Additionally, they are required to accurately set up the assignments and documentation in various databases in order for it to be followed correctly throughout the life of the assignment internally. 

1.DESCRIPTIONSchedule depositions, arbitrations, meetings…etc in our internal databaseConfirm the next day’s calendar with all clients / vendorsStaff those proceedings with applicable independent personnelAnswer client emails in regards to schedulingAssist in educating sales on the scheduling process, and handling correspondence for sales when necessaryAnswer the office phones as neededDocument key information in job folders for each assignment in regards to client requests, production  needs, and billingProactively source new vendors for future assignmentsComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
