Job Summary

This position’s primary responsibility is to schedule an annual on-sight visit to HCI’s various clients for audiometric/PFT/FIT/Vision testing services in coordination with the Scheduling Manager. This would be a great fit for individuals who are very detail-oriented and who would enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. This position has regular contact with clients and would be best suited for individuals with excellent customer services skills. This position reports directly to Director of Logistics and Fleet Operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Review details from last years appointmentReview tentative plan for this years visit. If any issues identified, resolve with Scheduling Manager prior to contacting customerCall clients to sell optimal dates based on logistics while adhering to DOT hours of operationRevise the date of service, if required by the client with approval from Scheduling ManagerServe as a liaison between HCI and the Mobile Van TechniciansWork with the Scheduling QA Manager to resolve any problems

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to establish priorities and complete goalsMust be organized, detailed, and multi-task orientatedMust be comfortable with proof-reading and error correctionMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsGood computer skills required – Excel, Outlook, WordExcellent customer relations skillsWilling to work overtime as-needed
