The Role\: Scheduling Coordinator

What will you do?

·  Assisting with monthly reports for clearing costs on shipped jobs and work orders

·  Managing Customer Requests (using Salesforce) and scheduling warranty orders for shipment

·  Managing and processing invoices for our temp labor force and coordinating with payroll to ensure payments are made on time

·  Participating in scheduling meetings to provide timely updates regarding warranty orders

·  Opportunity to be involved in high visibility customer projects and end to end scheduling

·  Work with production teams to ensure on time delivery targets are being met

·  Being able to work under strict deadlines

·  Accustomed to a fast-paced environment and knowing how to manage conflicting priorities

·  Ensure we build excellent service relationships with our customer accounts allowing us to get off to the best possible start

·  High energy and self-motivated, Data driven, and results oriented

 

Who would be successful?

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business or Engineering (or equivalent experience)Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, under pressure and minimum supervision Able to multi-task effectively, highly organized, with good planning and prioritization system Keen attention to details, high commitment to quality output Experience in coordination, planning or related activities Proficient in Excel and spreadsheet tools SAP experience is preferred

Who will you report to?

Representative will be directly reporting to local manager but will be dotted line to NAM functional manager.
