Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly organized scheduling coordinator to coordinate the calendar of for our patients. In this role, you will be patient concierge, checking patients in/out, confirming appointments, following up on missed and cancelled appointments to reschedule patients, collecting payments and patient retention.

  

Maintaining and updating schedulesVerifying the availability of the practice and patients for appointments.Confirming appointments.Sending out reminders of verified appointments.Rescheduling or canceling appointments in a timely manner.Answering scheduling inquiries.Documenting scheduling processes and keeping records.Gather Patient information (reason for visit, insurance information, etc).Explain dental procedures, treatment times, and payment optionsPerforming other administrative tasks when required. Qualifications 1 year recent dental administrative experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of dental software strongly preferredKeen attention to detailExcellent communications skills with a professional demeanorOutstanding customer service skills Benefits Offered
