Scheduling Coordinator

Job Duties

Manage and coordinate the scheduling of simulation rooms and equipment for various training sessions, classes, and events. Communicate with faculty, staff, and students to confirm room bookings and resolve any scheduling conflicts.

Tour Organization:

Plan and organize tours of the center for prospective students, faculty, and external visitors, coordinate with staff to ensure tours are informative and tailored to the interests of the visitors and prepare and distribute materials, such as brochures and information packets, to enhance the tour experience.

Onboarding Standardized Patients:

Oversee the onboarding process for standardized patients/participants (SP), including scheduling orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, coordinate with standardized patients to ensure they are fully prepared for their roles in simulation exercises, maintain accurate records of standardized patients' schedules, training, and feedback.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and handling office supplies, assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed while maintaining organized records and files related to scheduling, tours, and standardized patient activities.

Event Support:

Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, workshops, and training sessions held at the center, prepare materials and coordinate logistics to ensure successful execution of events, and provide on-site support during events to handle any administrative or logistical needs.
