About the role: Assists in managing our technician scheduling for upcoming health screening events. A large part of this position will rely on this person to solve time sensitive staffing situations with cost efficient resources. This includes replacing essential staff last minute with alternative contractors and/or reaching out to Staffing Firms for assistance with temporary staff alternatives. 


Essential Functions:  

Set-up and continually coordinate staffing Assist in maintaining Technician payroll Maintain a good relationship with all contract staff Develop relationships and establish contracts with Staffing Agencies Ability to memorize and recall Technician details and/or history Assist Staffing Manager as needed with various staffing needs Ability to take and field emergency phone calls on occasion and work independently to identify and solve unforeseen issues; requires acute problem-solving skills May require other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

High School diploma required 1- 3 years of working experience in a Staffing Coordinator or Administrative role


Preferred Experience: 

Must be detail oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
