Cognizant is a large IT Consulting Firm that uses modern technologies to support a wide variety of industries. The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for making sure that customers receive their necessary equipment in a timely manner. This role can be performed onsite in Winston Salem, NC, and we are also considering Remote Candidates in the US.
Role Responsibilities
Provide a single point of contact for customer equipment move inquiries and escalations to resolve a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer service needs. Review customer move inquiries received via multiple sources (inbound phone, email, web inquiries, etc.) to evaluate customer requests and determine the best options for resolution. Coordinate needed resources and partner with customer, field technicians, MEM leadership, NBST team and Sales organization to appropriately resolve equipment move inquiries and escalations as expeditiously as possible Professionally communicate with customers in a timely manner on resolution plan, progress updates, and resolution. Utilize various PBNA tools and systems including CETS, CRS/Siebel, SAP and Microsoft Office to document, process, track, update and resolve customer equipment move inquiries. Accurately record and maintain records of all resolution activity for assigned accounts by performing appropriate data entry related to each customer inquiry Ensure compliance and process adherence at various steps of the equipment move resolution process including the customer order, prep, install, confirmation, and field requests. Demonstrate professional and calm communication with upset and/or difficult customers and service providers. Build strong working relationships with diverse customers, service providers, and colleagues Execute customer surveys to gauge customer satisfaction levelsRole Requirements
A High School diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related area of study preferred Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel 1-2 years of prior customer service experience Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to multitask – work in multiple applications simultaneously and answer phone calls from internal and external partners Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision Proficiency in CRS, SAP, CETS applications and PES process standards Willingness to work flexible work hours (7am-8pm Monday-Friday) Home office application and infrastructure knowledge requiredSalary and Other Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.26 – $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
