SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Regional Service Manager and Regional Technical Support Specialist to coordinate service schedules for region including service calls, installations and demonstrations and training sessions Responsible for daily scheduling and transportation arrangements for all Stiles Service Representatives Prepare and distribute CSR’s and install packets to the Field Service Representatives prior to the installation Coordinate meeting with appropriate Service Department personnel and Sales Engineer prior to installation to ensure customer’s installation expectations are met Prepare and send pre-installation letters to customers Follow up with customers prior to installations to ensure pre-installation requirements are met Continual daily maintenance of region’s schedule Coordinate with all regions for effective and cost-efficient scheduling Communication link between FSR’s on loan to other regions and that region’s Regional Service Manager Enter completed CSR's and distribute for expensing Analyze CRS's and pass on information required by other groups. Take action on items related to the Service Region Coordinate with Product Groups for in-house service needs including work orders, demonstrations, training events, etc Handle specific activities unique to Regional offices as designated by supervisor Research, compile and analyze data for special projects; prepare routine reports and year-end sales comparison reports Analyze data from sales and review with regional Service Manager to determine long-term service needs within region Update SIS information Generate proposals for Service Contracts and other service work Maintain a minimum working knowledge of the standard products to a level that enables one to respond to service customers Respond to complaint sand requests for information Gain and maintain a working knowledge of computer systems. Special projects as the arise

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum of three years increasingly responsible secretarial and clerical experience.

 

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Two-year college degree.
