Prepare and maintain schedules and records for nursing department staff Must be knowledgeable of staffing patterns and ensure staffing coverage is maintainedReplace staff call-ins and call-offsSchedule requested days off, vacations, sick time, etc., under the direction and approval of Director of NursingCoordinate records of absenteesim, requests, schedules, etc. with DON and Payroll depart.Maintain communication with DON at all times about all areasNursing floor duties as allowed
