About the \"Department\"\n\nThe River Landing Surgery Center at the Ambulatory Care Center will open summer 2024. As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), it will focus on providing same-day surgical care to patients with added convenience. ASCs have a strong track record of quality care and positive patient outcomes.\n\n

About The Career:\n\nResponsible for scheduling cases for the Ambulatory Care Center. Enters patient billable charges into the charge master. Reconciles and verifies patient charges for all cases. Collects and organizes daily schedules. Collects, prints and distributes monthly reports. Collaborates with doctors\/office personnel to acquire accurate information for scheduling of cases and needed equipment. \n\n

All About You:\n\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.\nTraining & Experience: Minimum of 2 years secretarial experience. Medical terminology and computer knowledge required. \nSuccessful completion of BLS certification.\nJob Knowledge: Encompass a wide range of secretarial, computer and medical information, which includes communication, problem solving and prioritizing skills.\n\n
