Scheduling Engineer

Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Engineer to support construction projects on-site in Pryor, Oklahoma. This role is responsible for preparing and managing the master project schedule for one or more job sites, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. The Scheduling Engineer will conduct schedule analysis, variance reporting, resource and cost loading, and collaborate closely with project teams to mitigate risks and optimize project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. Lead scheduling sessions with the Fortis Project Team, Client Project Teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Actively participate in weekly pull planning sessions to ensure alignment with project goals. Conduct daily site walks or as needed to track construction progress and update the schedule accordingly. Analyze and mitigate risks to schedule, budget, and quality, including acceleration options such as multiple shifts and overtime. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by sequencing and re-sequencing detailed activities as needed. Process and incorporate delay claims and time extension requests using industry-standard schedule analysis methods. Provide clear and effective communication with all project team members to ensure schedule accuracy and project efficiency. Assist in other duties as assigned to support project success. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler / Scheduling Engineer in a construction environment. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of construction methods, project execution, and scheduling best practices. Ability to interpret complex systems and creatively re-sequence schedules when conflicts arise. Effective communication, active listening, and collaboration skills. A strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record per Fortis policy. Physical Requirements: Work is primarily performed in an office environment but may require site visits. Frequent sitting, standing, and use of standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs.
