The expected salary range for this position is $225,000–$275,000 depending on experience.

Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture is seeking a Scheduling Manager to join our Manhattan Tunnel Project in New York, New York.

Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture was awarded the Manhattan Tunnel Project, part of the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). A $1.18 billion design-build contract from the Gateway Development Commission for the HTP which aims to enhance rail resiliency by adding two new tracks between New York and New Jersey and rehabilitating the storm-damaged North River Tunnel. The project includes designing and constructing twin 30-foot diameter, 700-foot-long tunnels under the Hudson River, connecting to existing tunnels beneath Hudson Yards, and an access shaft at 12th Avenue, later serving as a ventilation facility.

Description:

As a Scheduling Manager at Frontier-Kemper-Tutor Perini joint venture, reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and managing schedules for complex heavy civil projects. In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain project schedules for all phases—from pre-construction through close-out.

Track, update, and report on schedule progress, performance, and potential delays.

Collaborate with construction and project management teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives.

Create schedule fragments and incorporate them into the master schedule for time impact analyses and scenario studies.

Prepare and analyze time impact assessments for completed, ongoing, and upcoming work.

Facilitate pull-planning sessions with field teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Lead schedule review meetings with field and project management teams.

Gather data from project logs (Change Orders, Procurement, Submittals, RFIs, Billings/Requisitions, Commissioning, Close-out, etc.) and integrate into the schedule.

Prepare, review, and deliver project schedule reports.

Support earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading and modeling, claims, and other scheduling-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.

8+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil construction projects (roads, bridges, tunnels, dams, rail, utilities, etc.).

Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel.

Experience with public projects such as infrastructure, water/wastewater, buildings, or commercial construction is preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
