Overview Gallagher’s Edinburgh Office is seeking a Schemes Account Handler to join their established team based in the city centre. Within the role, you will be dealing with insurance products for Dentists, Golfers, and a Property Factor. This role sits within Gallagher's Retail Broking Division, who provide carefully tailored insurance, risk management and risk transfer solutions for all sizes of business. How you'll make an impact You will be responsible for placing new policies, processing renewals and midterm adjustments for all scheme business. Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered on to the system in a timely manner to ensure data integrity. Deal with a high volume of enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email. Work within set parameters of insurer’s given authority. Support our appointed representatives and liaise with insurers. Deal with account queries and credit control matters highlighting any concerns. Apply fundamental legal and regulatory policy in relation to internal policies and the insurance contract as required.
