We are looking for Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) Associate – Business Finance to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation

The Business Finance Analyst will provide key analytical and financial reporting support to the Business & Financial Leaders and will establish and drive continuous improvement on the consolidation and reporting process. He/ She will also be involved in the preparation of various periodic and ad hoc financial reports/analysis of the company's global/regional result of operations related to Intl Operations or East Asia Japan zone.

The role is an individual contributor who will own the Profit & Loss transactional/ core processes in  Intl Operations or East Asia Japan zone. (that can potentially be assigned to Topline, Support Function Cost(SFC), GM, CCO Performance) with interaction with Analytical Stream (Customer Facing Analysts) within the Business Finance Competency Center Operations. He/ She will report to PH BF COCE Team Leader/Manager.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage. During the 18 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track or Specialized track, under different functions. It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider Electric, through a series of accelerated induction and programs. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally.

What will you do? 

Participates in developing and/or improving standard financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis 

Prepares complex financial information and interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability 

Applies a working knowledge on various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical and graphical correspondence to put together, manipulate and format data. 

Analyzes budget adjustments and other cost improvement measures. 

Prepares daily/weekly/monthly periodic reports. 

Prepares adhoc financial analyses/reports. 

Contributes to the development and reviews of certain financial and non-financial Key Performance Indicators
