THE OPPORTUNITY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Literacy Initiatives (F.A.C.E.) Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving production goals for a staff of 10 - 20 Inside Sales Representatives.
Establish objectives and action steps to achieve sales goals.
Create Sales campaigns utilizing data and market analysis
Provide ongoing employee development through coaching
Evaluate sales campaigns and make recommendations for enhancements
Identify New Sales and Marketing opportunities
Work with the marketing team to develop materials and resources marketing trends
Use the Salesforce and other reports to evaluate employee performance and develop a personal plan to support each person’s continued growth and success.
Stay updated on the Educational Marketplace, including teaching trends
Implement company policies in a fair and equitable manner including performance evaluations and performance improvement
Create ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly sales contests.

Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4+ years in Inside Sales or Education Management
Previous Management Experience within a Sales Organization or an Education Institution
Ability to develop a strong sales team and to work with individuals of various sales abilities.
Experience in developing sales and marketing plans
Ability to conduct data analysis report analysis
