POSITION OVERVIEW The School Based Advanced Practice Provider works as part of the team providing medical services to the patients of All Care Health Center at our School Based Health Clinic and provides overall management of the School Based Health Clinic program. SCHEDULE AND PAY Position follows the schedule of local high schools. Summers off until Mid-July! Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM- 3:00 PM (while schools are open), some Saturday’s may be required. The annual salary for this position would be $75,900-$79,200 based on experience. DUTIES + Provides medical care in two mobile unit exam rooms inclusive of: preventative care, school and sports physical, acute care, mental health, family planning, chronic condition management, etc. + Participates in outreach and marketing for the School Based Health Clinic + Maintains daily communication with school nurses, teachers, and students. + Participates in school clinic marketing events. + Oversees program development of the School Based Health Clinic + Strategizes new ways to improve the health clinic program + Builds on and improves relationships with schools QUALIFICATIONS + At least two years of experience in Ambulatory Family Practice or Pediatrics + Connection to the Council Bluffs School District Preferred + Active and current advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the State of Iowa. + Board Certified + Current Federal DEA and Iowa CSA registrations in good standing + Spanish Preferred At All Care Health Center, we are committed to providing an environment of equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, marital status, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other status protected under applicable law.
