School-based Intake Specialist

Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a recent masters graduate or experienced therapist to work part or full-time with youths and parents in a school setting as School-based Intake Specialist. The position involves helping children and supporting their families in one or more of these age groups: pre-school, elementary, middle, or high school . You will have options of working remote, at school and at school based office. We serve children enrolled in both public schools.
Essential Job Functions Include:
+ Complete diagnostic assessments and formulate initial treatment plans
+ Administer CANS assessments at time of intake
+ Interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each consumer's specific needs.
Required Education/Experience:
+ Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
+ Must possess or be eligible to obtain licensure in the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
