As a School Based Therapist, you will assist individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders to improve their daily functioning and provide clinical guidance towards recovery. Your responsibilities include conducting intake/screening assessments, determining diagnoses, developing treatment plans, and participating in clinical staffing meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake/screening assessments within designated time frames.
Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory/CARF guidelines.
Ensure timely completion of all correspondence.
Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings and provide feedback on pertinent cases.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
Graduate degree in Psychology, Family Therapy, Counseling OR one year of supervised behavioral health/experience is required.
Licensure with the applicable board of professional registration for the state as a professional counselor or social worker, and in good standing with the respective state licensure board.
Required License/Certification:

Additional Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment.
Familiarity with state regulatory and CARF guidelines.
