-4 Days Work Week! -Benefits, Weekly Pay, Sign-On Bonus Offered! -Location: North St. Louis County, MO -Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:15am–3:15pm Monday -Thursday -Contract Duration: 2024-25 School Year (ASAP–May 2025)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts functional behavior assessments and educational assessments, accurately identifying the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target Develops strong collaborative relationships and provides training to school staff to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques. Provides ongoing support and training to related field staff ensuring treatment integrity and supporting professional growth Investigates concerns and provides coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate Develops behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the student Determines prevention, intervention and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods Collects, analyzes and reports data and other documentation within established time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy per contract guidelines Attends and presents behavioral progress at IEP meetings Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs *Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status.
