District located in Charlotte, NC
Position: School Behavior Tech 1:1
Start Date: 3/3/25 Length: Remainder of 24/25 SY possible extension inot next school year Shift: M-F | 37.5 hr/wk
Classroom Openings/setting:
– Duties will include working 1:1 with a student with severe/extreme behavior and aggression
Requirements:
-Must have experience working in a 1:1 behavioral setting (ABA, behavioral/psych, school, etc.) -Must be comfortable working with extreme/severe/violent behavioral cases -Minimum 1 year of experience working with kids suffering from behavioral disorders such as Autism, ADD/ADHD, and other aggressive behaviors -Preferred candidates have familiarity with ABA strategies -Previous experience in a school setting preferred
W2 position employee with Amergis Staffing (Not the district), you will only be expected to work hours assigned on the contract. No unpaid required after school duties.
