As a School Bus Driver at Kobussen Buses, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of student transportation. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training to help you obtain your CDL and endorsements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a school bus safely and effectively to transport students on assigned routes. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition. Maintain cleanliness and fuel levels of the bus. Ensure student safety and enforce bus rules fairly and consistently. Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the maintenance team and dispatch. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school officials. Attend required safety meetings and training sessions. Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations and policies.
