This role will offer you:
An opportunity to work with a collaborative team of BCBAs, with a track record of providing high quality services and presenting at regional and national conferences.Options for professional development and role expansion within our growing educational services.The ability to work school-based hours while being supported by a strong behavioral team.In this role you will:
Coordinate and deliver RBT supervision to a team of highly talented RBTs in public, private and charter schoolsDevelop trainings for RBTs and BCBA candidatesProvide school consultation to public and private schools in PA and DEConduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans for individual students engaging in high risk behaviorTrain teachers and paraeducators to implement behavior plans. Monitor fidelity of implementation and track progressGive trainings to school-based staff on behavioral interventionsProvide systems-level consultation to special education programs serving students with intensive needs. Qualifications Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field;Must hold a current BCBA certification;Candidates appearing for BCBA exam or scheduled the BCBA exam (completed all fieldwork supervision hours) are eligible to applyMinimum of two (2) years’ experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to people with autism spectrum disorders/behavioral challenges as a BCBA and at least 1-year experience consulting/working within a school preferred.
