The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to students, ensuring their well-being and supporting their academic success. Responsibilities: + Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions. + Conduct health assessments and develop individualized healthcare plans. + Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs. + Maintain accurate health records and documentation. + Promote a healthy school environment through health education and disease prevention initiatives. + Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. Qualifications: + Current California RN license. + School Nurse Services Credential (SNSC) required. + CPR and First Aid certification. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Experience in a school setting preferred.
