Join Catapult Learning and become a part of a national organization with a legacy of more than 45 years of student impact.   Catapult Learning is seeking a PA Certified School Counselors to work in Armstrong & Indiana, PA non-public K-8 schools.  This position can be full or part-time. Compensation is $28-30/hr.    Responsibilities may include individual and group counseling, guidance lessons, academic counseling, school-wide counseling initiatives, consultations, crisis management, parental involvement, and collaboration with community resources to best meet the needs of the students, families, and school community. Catapult Learning provides staff with regularly scheduled supervision and continued support throughout the school year.

School counselor provides in-person and virtual support to students and families while collaborating with classroom teachers, guidance department personnel, the principal and other support personnel to meet the social and emotional needs of students and to strengthen academic success! How you’ll be there for students:  Be their advocate, difference maker, and mentor.   Provide individual and group counseling, group guidance lessons, and consultations.   Consult and collaborate with both school personnel and parents/guardians to develop specific interventions on behalf of eligible students.   Refer students and families to appropriate community agencies.    Provide parent involvement workshops.  Complete documentation in compliance with the School District and Catapult Learning requirements.  Other duties may be assigned.  How we’ll be there for you:  We foster your well-being—health, financial, and work-life—to help you succeed and thrive. Company support and quality assurance from both local and national support teams Curriculum and materials provided    Paid training and professional development    A competitive hourly wage paid bi-weeklyFull suite of robust benefits, 401(k) options, employee assistance program, paid sick and personal timeReferral Bonus PlanWhat we’ll need from you:  The positive, enthusiastic candidate will have these qualifications.   Active PA School Counseling Certification1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.    Catapult Learning employees are subject to state and local licensure and pre-employment screening. Must be proficient with virtual platforms, i.e. Zoom About Catapult Learning  Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, provides intervention programs for students and professional development solutions for teachers in K-12 schools, executed by a team of experienced coaches.
