School Operations Associate

Description We are inviting applications for a School Operations Associate based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. This role will be pivotal in managing the enrollment process and executing various administrative tasks in a school setting. As a School Operations Associate, you will be interacting with parents to facilitate student enrollment and will be involved in numerous clerical duties to ensure a seamless and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the student enrollment process, including distribution, collection, and review of enrollment forms.
• Maintain and update student information in the school's database accurately.
• Communicate with parents through phone calls and emails to complete enrollment requirements and assist with the process.
• Collaborate with the school administration to ensure all required documents and information are received for each student.
• Handle general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing records.
• Operate the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Serve as a focal point for parents regarding enrollment and general inquiries.
• Ensure clear, helpful, and timely communication with parents, students, and staff.
• Accurately manage student information in the school's information system while maintaining confidentiality.
• Generate reports for the administration regarding enrollment status and student data as needed.
• Provide logistical support for school activities and assist in coordinating school events, open houses, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Work closely with other administrative staff to enhance operations and improve efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with CRM systems
• Familiarity with Data Processing
• Knowledge in Epic Software
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with About Time software
• Skills in Auditing
• Proficiency in Check Processing
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Compliance standards and regulations TalentMatch®
