Full-Time Transition School Social Worker: As we continue to expand, we seek a driven school social worker to join our team on a role working in a transition program in Oak Forest, IL for the 2024-2025 school year. Compensation: $58,000-$70,000 based on experience. Can be paid a salary or hourly based on preference  Position Details: + Full-time Monday-Friday starting August 12th! + Social work supporting 18-22 year olds in a transition program.
