Position Overview:
We’re excited to be hiring TWO full-time School Social Workers in a dynamic and supportive school community in Harvard, Illinois! Here, you’ll find a collaborative environment where staff, administrators, and families work closely to promote student achievement. In this role, the School Social Workers will support elementary students (K-3rd). The caseload details are still being finalized - more to come here!

Work full-time, Monday-Friday.Provide social-emotional and academic support for 3rd-5th grade students.Conduct individual, small-group, and whole-group counseling for students.Advocate for students’ emotional, social, and educational growth.Actively contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Support students’ goals as outlined in their IEPs or 504 plans.Implement crisis intervention and safety strategies when necessary.Collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to enhance student success.Caseload details are to follow.Qualifications:
Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral Degree in Social Work.LMSW licensure eligibility in Illinois.Professional Educators License (PEL) eligibility.Experience with elementary students is preferred, but not required.AnthroMed Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
