Location: Philadelphia, PA  Zip Code: 19144 School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)  We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy services team and support students in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Clinician will provide in-person direct services and progress reports/IEPs for a blended caseload of K-12 students. As the dedicated SLP, you'll be an essential part of the team, working closely with students, families, and educators to provide quality speech and language services. This is a full-time role, but part-time opportunities are also available. When you join AnthroMed, you become a part of a team of related service providers who are passionate about working with children and growing their careers!     Benefits:   Competitive Salary, PTO, FREE 100% United Health Care Health Insurance Premiums, FREE Continuing Education, Caseload Support, Materials Stipend, 401k with Employer Match, and more!     Responsibilities:  + Evaluate student’s speech-language abilities to make eligibility determinations, prepare treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic intervention  + Provide high-quality direct & indirect speech-language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs  + Conduct assessments, translate, and analyze assessment results, and develop reports to determine strengths and concerns in areas of speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills  + Use professional literature, evidence-based research, and continuing education to make practice decisions  + Make determinations regarding discharge/dismissal from therapy and appropriate accommodations  + Participate in IEP conferences, team meetings, and problem-solving meetings  + Collaborate with all key stakeholders to support students’ communication and participation in the academic curriculum  + Ensure evaluations, intervention plans, and service delivery are aligned with school, state, and federal guidelines  + Assist and guide teachers in observing, describing, and referring suspected and identified speech and language delays/disorders  + Other duties as assigned     Requirements:  + School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.  + Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.  + Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.  + Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education  + Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!
