YOUR ROLE Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects. 
Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems. 
Lead innovation projects independently with ownership. 
Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence. 
Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity. 
Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.  Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality. YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU

A fulfillment of achieving self-growth and career success together with company growth and success. YOUR SKILLS PhD or master’s degree in chemistry, polymer science or material science. More than 5 years EMI/EMC industry experience.
Deep know-how of EMI and electrically conductive adhesive technology.
Experience with silicone and epoxy technology is preferred.
Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
